Cancellation Policy
1. Flexible Booking You can sign up for any available Friday, one at a time or in batches—whatever works best for your schedule! 2. Advance Registration Required To ensure we have enough staff and materials, daily rate spots must be reserved by the Wednesday prior to the Friday you plan to attend. 3. Limited Availability Daily rate spots are limited to maintain our small-group environment. We recommend booking early to guarantee your child’s place. 4. Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable Due to the nature of single-day planning, daily rate payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date unless the program is canceled by us. 5. Payment Due at Time of Booking All daily rate payments must be submitted at the time of registration to confirm your spot. 6. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times Students may be dropped off between 7:45–8:00 AM and must be picked up no later than 4:00 PM. 7. Late Pick-Up Policy A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged after 4:05 PM.
